I have installed the plugin. The only change that I have made before installation is that in yearsofservice.lang.php I changed the default to {1}+ years active and 1+ year active. After installation when it didn't showed I even tried to manually add the functions of postbit in postbit_author_user. But still nothing!!

can you check the variables once again

I added this "{$post['yearsofservicePostbit']}" in postbit_classic before user

And its showing like this

they should be added at bottom of global.css stylesheet of the theme

Yeah fixed it M. But don't sure about using the plugin. The fonts used in this plugin are creating problems.
