I keep trying to install MyBB on my website. I have an SSL Certificate installed properly but everytime i type in the database password, google decides that my website is Dangerous which seems to stop MyBB from working.
Is this a MyBB problem or a google problem?
It seems to do this whenever i use a password ive used before, but it doesnt seem to like my google account either.
Sounds to me your browser decides the site is not secure. If so, surprised you can get that far without overriding the warnings.
All MyBB is asking for is the database connection info, so I'd be looking for host SSL issues.

I talked with my hosting provider, and my SSL is installed correctly with no issues.
I am also unable to log in due to this issue

What do you mean by

You're not using some sort of browser extension to prevent password resuse are you? Kind of sounds like it with these Google references.
As mentioned, don't think you have a MyBB issue. Instead seems you have a browser problem - even if SSL is installed and configured correctly on your host. Which is easy enough to confirm as well.
If it was me, I'd be taking that browser out of the equation bypassing any extensions or other add-ons double-quick. Or just use another.
cheers...
