Hi All,

In my Forum everyone has to be logged in to view anything of its contents.

The inlogpage looks like I

If I click login this inlog window will be shown: see II

I find this window too elaborate: I'd like it to be shown as a combination of I and II: see III

I tried to find where I could adapt one ore more templates to accomplish this (e.g. member_guest_login), but wasn't successful.
Can anybody help me out ?

Thanks
Hey!

Edit permissions for guests in User & Groups in ACP
The template you are looking for i member_login but to be honest it already look simple enough with the quick login form.
I do not understand the benefit of different login windows. Even logging into this forum shows a subwindow in which the text 'Lost password?' is unnecessarily and incorrectly split up into 2 lines. (not so simple apparently).

Oh well, I suppose you can get rid of the quick login form by editing header_welcomeblock_guest removing the onclick element from the <a> HTML tag.

Then adapt member_login to your needs.
Thanks, but in the meantime I managed to create the inlogwindow as desired adapting error_nopermission
