also, Where can i get the smilies used on this forum and the post icons?

You can rearrange the layout of the portal by modifying the "Portal Templates" in the template manager of the acp.

Unfortunately, the smilies and post icons used on this site are no longer available. I don't believe it's possible to get them anymore. Sorry.
