So I was trying to install "Dynamic Header and Footer" but everytime I do it says ...

Any idea how to fix this problem?

in the plugin file change rows with something else [eg. dhfrows]

note: there can be multiple instances of rows - you can change all
AND take care of BoM while saving php files
