Hey community ,

I have old forum with V1.8.19 and i wanna export database and import it again with another forum V1.8.22 with more plugins or updated old plugins or even delete some plugins but the problem with new tables and row in database . How to merge new database with old one?  Huh

Sounds like you're going to merge two forum databases into one.

For merging multiple forums, probably you could go with the Merge System: https://mybb.com/download/merge-system/
It's better to use the latest dev build from GitHub (https://github.com/mybb/merge-system): https://github.com/mybb/merge-system/arc...eature.zip <-- Download the file as a .zip file.
