someone can help me if someone wants to register for my forum, they get this error code!

no user has such an id flag, I have reviewed all of them! but didn't you mean the user group?

No, he means the custom profile field

where can i find custom profile fields?

Have you any plugin using this ? Or any modification in MyBB core ? Seems like it's hardcoded.
Disable all plugins and try to register.

If it works when all plugins are disabled, find the faulty one.
BTW, you can create a customer profile field, just verify it get the id 4.

and where can i make this? within the ACP? or MySQL? and how ?

^ can be through admin panel.
which plugins you have recently installed [after which you noticed this error] ?
