have you checked regular codes - bold, italics, image ... etc
do they work ?

check editor settings - is it set to partial mode ?

those all work well just only ul li tags

have you checked whether UL & LI codes work in MyBB's Stock Theme ?

It also doesn't work at Default theme.

okay. [UL] & [LI] tags do not work unless you have added MyCodes for them.
