I am not sure how to really install this admin panel theme

I tried doing everything I knew on how to install a admin panel theme and nothing worked can anyone help me out?
does anyone know how to do it

Hi,

download the file, and unzip it. It will create a folder named "Fladmin".

You have to upload this folder and its contents to:

YOUR FORUM'S ROOT FOLDER > admin > styles

Once you uploaded it, go to your Admin Control Panel and:

Home (Tab) > Preferences (left column)

In Admin Control Panel Theme you select the new theme (Fladmin) and save this in the button at the bottom of the page (Save Personal Notes & Preferences).

Now it should show up, if not remember to refresh your browser reloading the page (CTRL + F5)
