My forum got "HTTP ERROR 500" error after I active MyAlerts
I installed:
MyAlerts: (2.0.4)
Thank You/Like System: (3.3.6)
MentionMe (3.2.12)
I can't active them at the same time?
deactivate MentionMe & then install and activate MyAlerts. activate MentionMe after that.

I can't after I browse error_log file it's OUGC Awards
^ are you also getting error 500 for admin panel (try direct login to admin panel) ?

Yeah I can login to Admin Panel just only forum home pages. Here error log for more information.
