Apologies for coming back with another idiot question!

I need to prune the forum, but it's been so long since I used my Admin that I can't get the password. Worse still, it's not sending emails for me to reset.

Is there any way I can get into the Admin panel from a name without privileges? Or some other means of retrieving password?

I have it all running on my own virtual server, but the control panel doesn't have any access points to the forum...

Any ideas will be welcome!

[SQL queries guidance]

I'd pay close attention to the password change / sql instructions linked by .m.  Obviously need to know the userid (uid) of the admin account in question.  If this is the account that installed MyBB - should be 1.
