You mean like an RPG mod? There once was one for RC2, but it doesn't work for RC4. It wasn't done yet. But maybe you can ask the creator of that one if you can use his code if you are able to contact him.
Bitsys created it for vbulletin and Massacre ported it to MyBB RC4
But if you mean a real shop where people can buy stuff over the internet with paypal or credit card, then it hasn't been done yet.
I don't know about Massacre's hack, because I don't have permission to that page and I don't want to register just for looking at it.

Oke, I updated my post. Sorry, but I didn't know that. I had some files and I saw "Author: Bitsys" in the readme file.
