I would like to request a mod that works for vBulletin. It does the following:

It will make a post, on a specific forum, welcoming a player.

it will have the topic name "Welcome (Username)" then inside itll have something I set in it to say for every new registered member.

and go to New members area.

I don't think that's a good idea. It'll make the same topic every time a new user registers. Other users won't like that if it's the same message everytime.
If you want newly registered members to get a message with useful info or w/e, it's better to pm him. Here you can see how to do it: http://community.mybboard.net/showthread.php?tid=2989

Well, that exactly why, id want it posted in a forum named "Welcome Forum" If other users dont like it, then they dont have to read it. Its a way for when new users register and a thread is made, other users on the forum who wish to welcome them, may do so.

Doing it via PM, wont let other users welcome them aswell. So this wasy, there is a thread about it, and others will be able to see that thread and reply to it if they wish.
