Planning to use MyBB 1.8.22, I'm looking for a possibility to let users upload several pictures to a post where only some of the pictures are inserted to the text, while others are attachements only.
The pictures included with the text should be in its size at uploaded or very large "thumbnails" (I used 500x500), but the pictures that are attachments only, should show either with a filename only or as small reall thumbnails.
Ideally the list of attachments would contain all pictures, whether a picture is inserted in the text or not. The user would need to click on an attachment to really see it. And would like to say "next" to get the next attachment without closing the actual one .. :-)

At the moment the pictures not included in the text appear at the end in the same size.

Any idea?

I don’t know of an existing plugin to achieve this.

I suppose you could use xThreads but it only works on first posts.
