Such feature does not exist as of yet. The Invite Code is optional on the registration page and if I re-call rightly, if a wrong Invite Code is submitted then the registration will still go through, but the referral won't be given to anyone as the code doesn't exist. At least that's how I remember it.

I may add the ability to force Invite Codes upon registration soon.
Edit: I actually have a modified version where you can force users to use a valid invite code, somewhere on my computer, but I think I wanted to clean up the code a little before releasing that version.
