I have this problem with my forum, I cannot enter the forum or the administration panel

The last log of error_log all tell me this:

PHP Notice: Undefined index: action in /home/dzmcroex/vnulled.com/alerts.php on line 11

Help please, excuse my bad English

try renaming myalerts.php file as myalerts.old in the plugins folder & check

It did not work now I received another error

I did the same thing I returned my symposium.old in my plugin and nothing keeps sending me HTTP ERROR 500
make it work by putting dvz_mentions.old and symposium.old what should i do now?
