How can I edit this red sentence? 
I wanted to change it on inc/languages/english/privateprofile.lang.php
                                     inc/languages/turkish/privateprofile.lang.php

But there was no this sentence, then I found it on inc/plugins/privateprofile.php and I changed it. But still that old sentence appears. I deleted the plugin a few times and reinstalled it, but the sentence that I changed is not visible. What can I do?
(I wanna replace this English sentence with a Turkish sentence.)

You should have mentioned the plugin name you are facing trouble with.

Anyway, this is not in language file, but hard-coded in plugin template.
Find the template privateprofile_field that has been created in your template group. Edit the template and change the string.

In your php, it's the template created during installation, to change the phrase you need to edit the template : privateprofile_field (in Global Templates set)
