hi i have some questions Is Better to use That plugin with Remove avatar url To allow user to use the Remote avatar With proxy ?

or Is better to allow Avartar to Be only Uploaded in the server Board With A minimal of size like 8 ko .. ?

What is the Most secure To Not be hacked .. and Why ?

From what I've read I think it's safest to just accept remote avatars.

As /r/ said, remote avatars are fine. I believe issues with avatar upload were solved long ago so you should be fine with allowing users to upload avatars.
