- Thread description (when making new topic)
- Forum subscription (so that we can subscribe to entire forum, and know when any new topics are posted)

Your second suggestion is already possible...you can subscribe to forums by clicking the "Subscribe to this forum" link after the thread listings on the forum display page.

I noticed it now after you said it. I always did think MyBB has a lot of features that stay quietly available, for when you need them. Yet another example, this was.

It might come in a feature version of myBB as it is quite popular! And if its not added to myBB Gold at the last second, this is a mod I am going to make one Gold is released.

Forum Subscription exists but it doesnt work
