The download link for the rulespage is broken. Is there any way for me to download it anyway?

The download file for this mod seems to be missing from the server. I've just checked the site backups however and I do have a backup of this mod. Unfortunately, I also have several other versions of the rules page backed up, so I'll look over them and correct the issue once I know which version of the mod is the latest.
