As, I have upgraded my live site. Everything is working fine just except for one.
Every time a member try to give a quick reply or general reply with a quote, an usual default avatar (which is blank), a blank space above it & an another unusual "MMMMM" phrase of alphabets appears after it.
Check it, in the case of quick reply.

In the case of general reply with quote.

How should I resolve it? I checked it through 'Inspect Element' of my browser, it has something to do with the "Mention Me" plugin.
