Can anyone help me with this bug? I can't use the <p> </p> or other tags

Proper copy .jpg/.png/,gif file. I Think you copy image file from google. [IMG] Code work only for image with proper extension like .jpg;.jpeg, .png, .bmp.
Your image code must be like [img] http://www.abcdfdfdf.jpg[*img] remove * before post.

you can not use html code in posts.
Go to edit of your post, you will see B, I, U, etc...above message type box, you can use those variable to center, bold, italic, underline, color etc...your text.
