Hello,
I have the last version of MyBB and all the things are all right.
But I have few reports from Apple users because they aren't able to see the embed images, only the links (see in attach). Link with a post. This problem is also reported when they visit the forum by the iPhone (I have MyBB Mobile installed).
System: macOS Catalina 10.15.6 / Safari 13.1.2  with all the permissions activated for my forum.
 
Is there a setting in Apple's or is a conflict between Mybb and Apple's ?

This is a setting (actually two) in a users UCP:

UCP > Edit Options > Display images in posts.
UCP > Edit Options > Display videos in posts.
