So I upgraded from MyBB 1.8.22 - MyBB 1.8.23 TWICE now but it still says im using MyBB 1.8.22 any ideas why?
I also pressed CTRL F5 several times

In the past time have tha same Issue from Upgrade.
To fix that please Re-Upload the Files to you server, the files incoming in folder: root/inc
