We are new to MyBB and setting things up. We are unable to load the avatars and uncertain as to the reason why. we have tried files with extensions of .GIF, .JPG, .PNG and even .AVATAR. Every time the upload happens, the default greyed out human head is replaced with a white background square. We've tried various different avatar sources. We know it's something simple, would love the tip. Thanks
