Hello,
I'm currently building a new forum and ive hit a snag. Upon trying to open the forums I've noticed that if you try and register a MYSQL error pops up but its generic. Its essentially a new install, ive added some mods etc and done some slight theme changes, but any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.
I'm also getting the same error when attempting to add new user through admin panel as well.
