Only a few days ago I could use inline moderation and delete, close, stick etc. threads. 
Now, when I select the thread, it doesn't even highlight the thread. Almost as if I never selected it. Here is an image showing that I selected a thread but it doesn't appear in the inline moderation as being selected:

Anything I can do?

Can i also add: I've changed the themes as well and it still occurs on the default theme too. I'm not sure if there's an error in the template code or plugin etc.

Any help? I still can't seem to get it to work

Your theme probably don't have var cookieSecureFlag = "{$mybb->settings['cookiesecureflag']}";
