this website has a feature that has new thread button on index.

When I click it, it firstly let me choose a forum like this in pop-up modal:
[attachment=43190]

then it redirect me to new thread page of chosen forum.
Any tips on how to do this? Thanks

If it's only to one specific forum, you could do it by adding a link to the new thread page for that forum.

But since this one shows a selection of forums before continuing, it looks like you'll need a plugin for this. I'm not aware of any plugin for this use case though.
