I recently logged out of my forum and noticed that guests do not see the theme they are intended to see (same as everyone else that is). Instead they see the MyBB default theme.
I have tried to fix this by...
- Force correct theme on all users
- Set theme "default" as default, force it on users, then...
- ...set correct theme as default and force it on all users again.
- Made sure to upgrade to latest version and repeat above.
None of this worked. I am not sure why it doesn't work as it is supposed to. Any ideas on what to do, how to fix this or how to manually force the correct theme?

Wondering what's set in the theme properties? Thinking specifically of the user groups which should be set to 'All' ?

Hello! Thank you for pointing that out, I missed to mention it. I did a double check now just in case too.
The theme properties are indeed set to "All". It's a shame there's no user group "Guests" in that list though, I was about to try to set it to that just as a test.
No one have any ideas or help? Maybe an SQL query or something?
Since this has YET to get any reply that helps, anyone? Am I on my own here? Any recommendations on what to do? I *just* re-installed the whole forum and rather not do it again...
At the risk of being unhelpful again - what I'm seeing is not the mybb default theme. Fairly certain this wasn't the case in August, but can't be sure. This is what I see as guest - Imgur link:

Nope, that is the expected results. Maybe with an exception for the mobile version but that's still a work in progress. I am not sure why I don't get the same results myself after logging out... But if it's only me, then I don't really think it's a huge problem. It is a strange matter though, no doubt.

Quite frankly, sounds like a browser cache issue to me.

Perhaps the theme sets some cookie? I'm not sure as I haven't checked the code, but you could try with a different browser, incognito mode, or cleaning your cookies.
