What are your settings in ACP Home » Board Settings » Portal Settings ?
Do you have the same trouble with the original MyBB theme ?

DON'T DOWNLOAD RIPPED THEME OR NULLED THEME, THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN USING CUSTOM RIPPED THEME.

YOU SHOULD ONLY TAKE THEME FROM HERE: https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?acti...ory=themes
