Basically, whenever I try to click the alert bell icon on my site I would usually get the modal popup. Now the modal seems to disappear to the bottom footer like this:

I reinstalled it too and it still does this...
Actually, to update this thread, this is an issue with some other pop-up elements such as login. They do not pop up or do what I've described above.
I keep doing this and I'm sorry but I figured out the problem. It was to do with the headerinclude scripts. I think one of them was missing or something so I am working to find it
