Hi everybody.
I encountered a weird issue.(or maybe i am doing it wrong)
Trying to do: Upgrading 1.8.22 to 1.8.24
What i did:
1. So I followed the guide to download the new version 1.8.24 and upload everything using ftp to the /upload folder on the server.
2. Delete the lock file in /install directory
3. Go to mysite.com/bb/install
4. But it says "welcome to 1.8.22 installation"
5. Under select your old version shows 1.8.21, which is not the correct current version because i am using the 1.8.22 now
Why am not seeing 1.8.24 installation window?
ok. my mistake. suppose to upload them in the main directory and not the upload directory in the server.
misread the instruction.
will leave this thread, so if anybody encounters the stupid mistake i made, you know what to do.
