I like this portal and forum

No its not that i mean i want to make everything look smaller like in that site
Smaller? You mean the text? Or the tables? Since if you did what I told you above, it will do the same thing as that forum does. It'll shrink your main table width to whatever size you want and any tables (such as that portal there) will shrink accordingly.
I know what u mean but this is not what i want . I want all of the contents smaller even letters tables etc like it is in that site
