I'm running a milsim site, and we would like the rank to be shown on the avatar.
Every image is uploaded on server i just need it to change on group assignment.
Any ideas?
Normally, something like this is tied to User Titles. 5 posts you're this - 20 posts you're that - and so on. You change the star image path accordingly in Users & Groups - User Titles.
Not sure if this will work for a military simulation. Might need to consider a group promotion depending on what's required. That gives you more flexibility for promotion criteria. But you'll need to mess more with groups and their configuration I suspect.

Nah not gonna work we just need to have it dont on group assignment
So you want to display a group image instead of individual avatars? Scrap off the avatar feature altogether and use the group image.
No that is not what i want for the project i want the avatar to be updated on group assignment
