All the MyBB themes look like they are outdated, I am really sorry...

every theme I install even if it's the newest version I get this on screen:
Authorization code mismatch. Are you accessing this function correctly? Please go back and try again.

and that's not the only thing, All the text editors are gone, even if they are 1.8*. something.

I don't know what you guys have done with MyBB, but it's not user friendly anymore and the same thing for the plugins most of them are not working...

Please fix this.

What plugins aren't working? It's not a mybb isuue if theme authors don't update their themes.

The authorization code mismatch issues are because themes have not been updated to keep track with security changes in MyBB - there's not a lot we can do about that. We can't force theme authors to update the theme, and we can't not issue security updates for the sake of keeping themes working. It may not be ideal, but there are instructions on how to fix themes to make them compatible.
