Getting error message  
Please correct the following errors before continuing

When anyone signs up on my forum I can't seem to think why and how do I solve this is this caused by plugins on my forum?

Happy to.provide temp admin and FTP if someone can solve

Sadly there wasn't

I disabled go mobile add-on and that solved it
