This is the upgrade page so i want to know how to make it work with my payment like bitcoin and paypal etc ?

Right now nothing happening, i just have a upgrade page what next setup i have to do so it start working this is my question ..

Which plugin do you have purchase/subscription of membership?

i dont have any purchase/subscription plugin ....

i have the upgrade page i want to add my payment option in that like paypal and btc...

i want like some one is purchasing rank like that...
