I have tags showing when editing and then saving  posts. Also editing is all garbled and unreadable.
If I do a full edit the page shows as if there is no wordwrap. All formatting is gone.
Inserting hyperlinks does not function properly. They kind of show in full edit mode but when saved nothing functions.
This shows on saved page when after  inserting a hyperlink.

MyBB is the latest.

What is happening *

Is it just happening after a fresh install or after an upgrade or a plugin/theme installed?

Will you try to force refresh the editing/posting page, via Ctrl + F5?

This was after an upgrade...
CTRL F5 does not help.

Full edit causes all text to come together like some inverse word wrap.
I have to use quick edit to remove tags after every post.

also, I have no plugins ...

Did you visit "Find Updated Templates" after your upgrade, and take appropriate action? You need to take special care that the codebuttons template is properly updated.
