i install dvz shoutbox and did all the this but still massage sanding box not appear.

Have the css from styles.txt (included in the package) in your global.css?  Have {$dvz_shoutbox} in your index template?

now its showing but its shows on top

We have {$dvz_shoutbox} just after {$header} in our index template, but your mileage may vary...
