It looks like the language pack and theme/template your forum currently using is out-dated.

Probably you'd like to find if there's any update on the language pack or update relevant language entries yourself. Please refer to https://docs.mybb.com/1.8/translations/translations/ and https://docs.mybb.com/1.6/Admin-CP-Languages/ (though it's for an old version).
