I need quick help, after merge the forum content is not coming. I have cleared cache, check database. But no idea , Please help me.

How did you "clear cache"? Did you run Rebuild & Reload All from Cache Manager?

Yes I did from Admin CP> Tools and Maintenance> Cache Manager . Attached image.

OP's problem is reported as an issue of the merge system in https://github.com/mybb/merge-system/issues/261 . We'll fix it in the next release of the merge system.
