I was thinking of there is mod that while adding post or thread can add related links to thread or post.
any body can do it?

It's quite hard to do such a thing. It will take up a lot of time.
Also, this isn't the right time for most modders to be requested to do things. At this time of the year people have to study to get past their exams.
I can't help you right now. I'm already working on a project atm.

You mean like the default option in MyBB?
Go to Admin CP -> Board settings -> Change -> Show Thread Options -> Show 'Similar Threads' Table
set to yes.
