I`d like to know where can I put my custom codes,Like if I want to place a webcounter down the the corner of my forum or place ads in the HEader.Would somebody explain the structure????

Go to AdminCP and in the left browse to Templates >> Modify / Delete. Click the template set you are using and you'll see a list of templates. You can edit them however you want. The templates are plain xHTML, so you can add your html tags there. Bu I advise you not to remove anything prefixed with a $. And if you edit the footer, you are not allowed to remove the MyBB copyright note.

ahhh..crap. You mean I can't take credit for what MyBB group has done?
