Hello , i will sell digital products (such as Premium memberships) in my forum site.
Do i need to have or create my own ''Privacy Policy'' and ''Terms of Conditions'' to sell digital products (Premium memberships) or i am allowed to sell digital products without ''Privacy Policy'' and ''Terms of Conditions''.
Do i have to register my digital products (Premium memberships) somewhere to make it legal or i am allowed just to click and add them in the site ?

Whether it is required and what (text) content should they have is better to ask a professional.
In general, having both a Privacy Policy and Term of Conditions defined for selling anything is a good approach in my opinion.

@grouparrow: Short answer is yes and as Omar said, Amnesia would be useful for you and it also follows GDPR rules.
You need both the pages and it would be good if you ask this from a legal authority in your country in regards to digital products. There are different rules everywhere so be sure to check it out.
