i set 15 but its showing for all other groups without mods.
but i want to set it for only registerd members

You mean that you want to set settings for shoutbox to be just for registered members and not for guests?

i just want for registered group need to post 15 then can chat in shoutbox. and other group can can without that post restriction.

In your dashboard - Configuration- on the bottom: shoutbox setting configuration.

Minimum post to required:
15.

select groups:
registered.

i did it after that only registered members can see it lol
other members cant see. i am admin i cant see also

In the groups permissions view and group permissions shout - you must be select same groups categories.
Select registered .super mod. admins . ....etc to premissions view.

i solve it by php. thanks for trying to help me
