My new website is live on a dedicated web hosting platform and I'm thinking of moving my old website to this web hosting platform. Therefore I need to archive my mails first but i don't know the right way to do so. Anyone can suggest a fast method to do so?
Hi,
1] Download Thunderbird / Outlook / Email application you want - to your computer.
2] Configure new account with the smtp/pop data of your server's email.
3] Synchronize and Download emails to your computer.
4] Profit.
There are 3 methods
1. Manual
2. Using offline tool
3. Using online tool
I have tried all your methods but got no result. However my friend recently backed up his emails with the help of an offline tool. I want to know if offline tools are helpful. Should I try one?
Ooops, my fault, I don't speak BOT
I found the solution as Mail Backup X tool. But for now I'm using it's trial version
