Hello.
Mybb version: 1.8.2.4.
Php version: 7.4.8

1- What code or plugin i need to set when someone is tagged to get notification in his profile ?
2- Also ,how is possible to tag all groups and users with few steps (not writing name of every user in the forum) ?
