Recent Threads On Index showing 3x this same .

Honestly I would just look into "Advanced Sidebox".

If you're set on using that plugin, it would probably help to post relevant templates as it seems like a relatively simple fix. Could be wrong though.

thats because you have this {$recentthreadtable} 3 times in your index
