Hello,
I have a strange problem with my Mybb - since the last week my error log has been growing up every second until I have found a 3.7 GB file that blocked my space on the hosting service. I ask to be deleted that file and they did it. After that they put a line / comment in the .htacces file ( php_flag log_errors Off ) in order to stop reporting this error, multiplying and occupying the disk space.  Seems that something in MyBB files generates a continuous error every second:

Undefined variable/index/offset issues are currently expected in MyBB, but that should change in upcoming versions (https://github.com/mybb/mybb/issues/4138).
Problems in plugins will have to be addressed by their authors.

MyBB attempts to hide these error types on its own (https://github.com/mybb/mybb/blob/mybb_1...p#L99-L104), but if that doesn't work, you can set the error_reporting directive to E_ALL & ~(E_DEPRECATED|E_NOTICE|E_USER_NOTICE|E_STRICT) in server configuration (which may be a better idea than hiding all errors).

I'd also suggest asking your host to enable some sort of log rotation and pruning because the logs shouldn't really be getting that big in the first place.

My host has decided to set an autodelete schedule for the error log, every morning at 7 AM. I also wait for the new MyBB update.
