Hi,

I've set my date and time format in the general settings. Apparently, it doesn't have any effect when a user has logged in and it shows in the english format. I want to prevent the latter since I've set the forum in Ducth.

Speaking of, is there a solution for the language issue as mentioned in this thread

Cheers,

Eddy
Date and Time needs to be changed in the php.ini fileĀ

Different Time Zones in php with below url
https://www.php.net/manual/en/timezones.php

If you want to put all your members on the Dutch Time Zone then open the below url for command in sql query

I hope this helps you.
Hi,
Thanks for pointing that out, but that doesn't solve my issue. I cant to show all my dates/time in Dutch or in the format I want. As said, the general setting doesn't influence seems to influence this. The mentioned thread covers that, but doesn't seem to work either.
Cheers,
Eddy
I believe that setting will only affect guests and new users, as existing users will already have a format stored in the database for their user, and changing the ACP setting won't change it for existing users otherwise it'd keep resetting it if users have changed it.
I managed to set all users to a certain date/time format which avoids the translation issue.
But that isn't a real solution. I want to show the date names in the language of the forum is set. What is otherwise the use of translations?
